Section 63
Disposition versions
63. The ordinary procedure in courts of first instance, provided for in Book II of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25), shall apply to the appeal insofar as it is not incompatible with the Act respecting the Régie du logement (chapter R-8.1).
